The Steps We're Taking and How we Can Still Serve You

On behalf of our entire team at Sacwal Flooring Canada, we would like to take a moment to say thank you for your loyalty and support.  We are still open to serve you during the current 28 day lockdown mandated by the Provincial government as of December 26th, 2020.

We have taken steps to keep both our customers and employees safe while being able to offer you more convenient ways to shop with us, and rest assure that our commitment to assist you and exceed your expectations remains unchanged.

We will continue to be open from Monday to Saturday however you must make an appointment beforehand.

We have staff available inside the store during regular business hours available to answer all client inquiries regarding existing orders, upcoming installations, any general questions or help you with new and existing orders in the following ways listed below:

 

Customer Service
All existing in-home installations previously scheduled will not be affected,  if you have any questions about your upcoming installation or an existing order please call the store during store hours.

Schedule a Free Shop-at-Home Appointment
Let our showroom come to you, an associate will arrive at your home with pre-selected samples! Our associates will arrive with protective masks and gloves and abide by all social distancing protocols now in place. Call for more information.


Virtual Showroom Tour
Tour our showroom from the safety and comfort of your home using Zoom. Our staff are ready to consult on various options and help narrow down samples to bring to your home or make available for contactless curb side pick-up. Call for more information.

Contactless Curbside Pick-up
Material and samples are both available to be picked up without having to enter our store. 

Shop online and contact the store to set up a pickup.

Private Appointments

FAQ

Q. Are we still able to do installation if material ordered now?
A. Yes, all installations will be done until we are advised we cannot by the government

Q. How can we make a purchase?
A. shop at home, Private appointments, Virtual tours, on-line with curbside pick-up.

Q. What if I make a purchase and the government shuts down installations before my goods are installed?
A. Goods that have been paid for will be held until we are allowed to install

Q. Can we come inside the store during the lockdown?
A. We cannot serve you in the store unless is related to one of the 4 essential services listed below
· Cleaning services
· Insurance restoration work
· Any business related to work where a permit has been issued
· Any client’s home where in the middle of a renovation and flooring is required to improve the safety of their home
